uhoh7
This thread showed me how: Use Sound Diver on modern mac Catalina of course does not run anything, but if you've avoided it, that should work. I'm on Sierra. A very little fiddling and my new/old JV1010 reported for abuse This program as most know, will edit a BUNCH of classic synths. It runs fine on win 7 they say. I'm using "Wine", and SD is perfectly fast on a late 2013 MBP. TYG! Amazing there is no up to date tool which can do all this today. The best Sounddiver version is v3.05 incl. all the adaptions and for Mac PPC (MacOS 8.6 - 9.22). I have it installed on old Mac Powerbook G3 Lombard, Powerbook G4 DVI 800, both w/ Emagic MT-4 and it also runs perfect on old Mac G3 desktop computers and together w/ Opcode Studio 64X and MOTU MidiTimepiece II. I find old but working hardware everywere and at least @ebay for cheap. I never had real luck w/ the Windows version on PC w/ WinXP. There was also a OSX version which unfortunately was never that stable like the MacOS 8 / 9 versions were. Anyway,- I occasionally buy and collect old computers to have the option running Sounddiver and other "vintage" software, which is great for some purposes. I doubt dealing w/ the Sounddiver for Windows cracks works comparably stable. A.C.

uhoh7
What I'm using is from: Last Windows Release: 3.0.5.4 If there is a crack in there I think we may be past the statute of limitations. It works in Wine, so I don't fear for my Mac. The last Mac versions were pre-OSX. Now the next time I see an old mac in the dumpster.... Again, why has Sound Diver no newer competition? That is really crazy. I'm surprised there is no open source project on it. I suppose there is alot of data on various synths in there, but you do wonder if that might be exportable. Al Coda
The last Mac versions were pre-OSX. SD v3.0.5.2 was the last for MacOS 9.22 SD v3.1 public beta was for Mac OS X already,- but it didn´t hit the shops because Emagic was sold to Apple, G. Lengeling became a Apple director and Apple discontinued SD. Comparable story to Gibson bought Opcode. B.t.w.,- I have the MAC versions. These applications frequently wanted the authorisation floppy disk /CD to be inserted. All versions which don´t are cracks ! Apple holds the copyright. In the past for (some ?) C-Lab/Emagic beta testers, there existed special dongles and authorization apps,- but never for the public. I knew Lengeling, Adams, Hayden and others in person already when I tested Creator/Notator and Sounddiver forerunner Polyframe for ATARI ST. I´m not a moderator here, but what you do is publishing links to cracked software. A.C.
