Pretty packed trip with a lot of driving (1200 miles!) and plenty of photography. Here's a few select photos from the trip from my DSLR. I also shot a dozen frames of medium format slide film. Those aren't developed yet, but when they are I'll share them here. I actually have been to all of those places except for Canyonlands, doing night photography there and exploring. KenElevenShadows Posted November 21, 2019 Share Posted November 21, 2019 Thanks. If I recall correctly, it was 17 miles one way, so it's definitely a commitment. A few months prior to doing this trip, I thought about this trip, all on dirt roads, and it was the final straw in deciding to trade in my old car which had been starting to have mechanical problems, purchasing a new one. There's a few places I go where I feel better with a newer car. I always have emergency supplies and food and tons of water, a battery charger, and tell people where I'm going and when I expect to be back. Anyway, the place is totally worth going. It's glorious day or night.
