NewImprov Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 I know this is a long, long shot, but, does anyone in or near Western Oregon (Corvallis to be specific) have a Roland G6 or G7 that can be rented as backline for a gig Friday night? My sound company is providing backline for touring act, and they requested a G6 or G7, no substitutions. We thought we found one locally to rent, the owner told us over email he had a G6, but, it turns out he has an X6, which is not acceptable (we asked). G8 is not acceptable either. This leaves us in an enormous bind, there are none available from any of the regional backline companies, they are not available new, and there are very few for sale.
