I needed one as well...as it turned out, I just used my current one with a couple "ghetto" enhancements
1. - I had an old desktop from another office desk that I used in my garage to top some cabinets. It's much deeper than my current one so I simply laid it over top and boom a bigger desk. I was considering just getting a 4x8 nice plywood sheet before I remembered I had that thing.
2. I was trying to figure out how to either make or by a slide-out for either my 88 or 61...turns out, after we moved my studio has a tile floor. I have an old z stand that I no longer use live...I put some felt pads on the z stand and it slides super easy from under the desk. I needed to raise the desk up just a bit, not a problem, more felt pads under each leg Obviously on carpet this wouldn't work well, but you might be able to use plastic-bottom furniture-moving sliders...and the z stand legs do take up a bit of space. I widen them out as far as I can though and I have plenty of room.
For a couple different times and rooms I've just gone the DIY route. First setup was cinder blocks and long wide pine for shelving. Using cinder blocks can setup lots of ways, and final setup I had the holes in the cinder block pointing out so them create little cubby holes for storing stuff.
My most recent setup for recording and keyboard I got a dining room table since they are much deeper than normal desks. That gave me room to have computer and studio monitors in back and positioned wide apart. Plenty of room up front for keyboard and other things. Then discover sets of adjustable table legs and replaced the original leg with adjustable one for better working height. Then at office supply got a small cabinet on wheels that gave me a file drawer and to small drawers for supplies and etc. As needs great I bought a small studio rack for outboard gear. I put an rack accessory drawer on the bottom, and a power conditioner on top that had pull out lights and front and back AC sockets. Add in my good high back office chair and I had a space I could live in.
Both setups being a patchwork of thing made them very flexible for different setups over time.

You beat me to it! This person has done what you were describing; it looks cool, and I wouldn't call a "ghetto" enhancement, but just a brilliant idea https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qu7DRDx7Xdk
In fact, this kind of setup will work better for me. Besides, I am going to take a step further, and now I am deciding on an electric standing desk. I sit for too many hours everyday. Either I can use a keyboard stand with wheels, or I will look into having a slide-out keyboard shelf installed onto a standing desk. I've seen a height adjustable studio desk; it goes from $4,000. So the relatively high prices of electric standing desks are nothing in comparison, and it will do a lot more for me. Great things have humble beginnings - like a ghetto, right? Thanks for your post.
Here is another one from Studio Desk. There are a few models at different price points that hold 88-note Keyboards. They are much cheaper if you happen to be in Europe.
This is what I have. Normally about $400 but Guitar Center has it on sale right now for $249.99. If you can get by without a slide-out for the 88-note Keyboard this has plenty of rack space and is on wheels.

This is the approach I used. Old office desk. Old racks. A couple slabs of wood nailed together to make the far left cabinet the same height as the racks and a few more slabs of wood nailed together (along with a can of black spray paint) to make the monitor / kbd / mouse shelf that my A-88 fits under. Highly functional for a fraction of the cost of all them lovely pro offerings.
Somehow I manage to con people into paying me to play with toys that make noise.
A very nice and impressive setup! For my purpose, I need the desktop space a bunch of small gadgets.
Look at this built-in desk with a sliding shelf. Interesting that earlier a musician friend told me that he could build a sliding shelf right onto the wall for me. https://www.pinterest.com/pin/51228514490189343

Very cool. May your rack case follow the way of the warrior.
