BluMunk
What have you said good bye to lately? I've been on a "get rid of unused" gear lately, inspired by a shrinking in available storage/practice/studio space, as well as a desire to upgrade my gear in areas that I do use (without investing outside cash into it). So, in the last year I've gotten rid of: -Roland D-50 -Korg M3-61/Radias -Access Virus Snow -Roland JV-2080 with 8 JV80 cards -Roland RD700-GX -K&M Omega stand w/2nd tier -EMU Proteus 1 rack -2 Mackie SRM350s (rev1) -Roland D-550 I got rid of the D-550 today at lunch. I admit, even though I have almost never used it, getting it set up to demo and sell was so much fun, a little part of my brain said "don't sell it, play it, play it, play it!!!" I even did a illustrating some of its more powerful and fun features. I've got the FS1R and PolyEvolver Rack in my sights, but I haven't brought myself to list them for sale yet. But I ought to. What have you said good bye to? Do you struggle with applying the Marie Kondo treatment to your gear closet?

The Piano Man
Roland RD2000 - on paper, it was my dream piano. In reality, I prefer the Yamaha tone. Technics P50 - served me well for years, but wasnt being used. Kurzweil PC2r - in the end, the single pair of audio outs was too limiting for my needs. Now selling Roland Juno D, Bose 802 speakers and considering selling Yamaha S70xs. Quote Kurzweil PC3x Technics SX-P50 Korg X3
stoken6
I tend to be split 50/50 between "I'm not using that, I should sell it" and "I wish I hadn't sold that". Cheers, Mike.
wjwilcox
E-Mu Vintage Keys. Bought it for the mellotron but didn't care for much else in it except for a nice Rhodes patch. It didn't get the use it deserved so it's off to a new home. Roland SR-JV80-98 Experience II expansion board. More gear I don't use much anymore. The cash can fund items that will get more use.
