10.5": At $499 for the 64gb model, and $649 for the 256gb model, that's a lot more affordable than their 'Pro' models have been. Looks tempting considering the A12 BIONIC chip! I suppose there's still no direct neural implant options offered yet.

Yes, the 10.5" with an A12 is enticing. As usual, Apple is skimpy on storage, at $499 I wish it had 128gb rather than 64. But that's their pricing strategy and it works really well for them. $649 for 256gb... man. Tough call.

If I may ask, what do you guys use the "Pencil" for? Which apps? Music related or not?

The iMacs get spec bumps too, but unfortunately the 21” retains those horribly slow 5400rpm HDD’s.

Booh, Apple.

It’s awesome for marking up scores in apps like Forescore and for just writing down notes instead of typing and for art if you like to dabble. My kid loves it for being creative. But honestly for my needs, the cheaper Logitech Pencil for education is just fine.

Especially if you’re prone to losing things.

Sarcasm, or you really want neural implants?

Considering the recent iPad Pro 11" with 256gb goes for $950, this is a relatively good deal.

Yes, neural implants are a real thing. I just have to decide if the flashing advertisements pumped directly to my visual cortex are not too distracting. I may decide to forego the free version and pay for the implant with no advertising.
