Oh yeah I was listenin' las' night and CRASH over to WXNR 99.5 outta' newbern announced that he'd be playing one of my tunes a little later in his show! WHOO HOO!
anyhoo I jumped on my motor-sickle and went around to my girls hoose to listen with her. I missed her I guess, she was'nt there and I turned around and went back home.
SO I went back to the house and listened but I must have missed it while I was gone..
awwww!
OH well.. I could ask for a log play sheet to see which one was played or even call him.he told me to call him while he was on the air.. , I have'nt. most likely won't, less he just demands I call him.
Anyway He got my newest name right after calling me errol spencer. hee,hee!.
Crash talked me up a bit and it was really fun hearing my stage name coming out of the radio from a deejay who would ONLY play my jams iffen he liked one or two..it would have been even more fun to actually hear my tune but oh well.. ahahahaha!
there's always next week!
and I found a NEW station that said they'd play my jams.. THATS TWO..
it would be nice to be on a few more stations anyhoo..

Beef is a way cool reggae flavored band thats really big over to booshies homeland.
I heard them and so I set out to finde all about KING MUSIC and along the way I BEAUTIFUL GIRL, and OLDE LOVE and SILENT ISLAND NIGHT,and REGGAE #17 was my first reggae tune, and then REASONS is SKA flavored..
so all them and maybe a couple more were influenced and came about LARGELY cause of Booshie turning me on to BEEF.
