I need a replacement for one of the 30mm tubular ribbed rubber sleeves on which the keyboard sits on the lower tier of my Quik Lok QL742 stand.

You can see them in this photo.

Does anyone know of an online source for these?

When I needed replacement feet for my Monoliths I just contacted support and they sent me a bag of feet.

They have changed where they were manufactured and some of the old ones don't fit. i threw out three stands worth of parts that were stripped and didn't work anymore. I think it's made in China now.

I tried contacting Quik Lok via the contact forms on their US and Italian websites but got no response. Does anyone know an email address for them (or a dealer) where I can obtain spare parts for a Quik Lok QL742 stand?

I also have a Quik Lok QL742 that had the same problem about a year ago. I think I may have initially called the Quik Lok phone number listed above and was put in contact with the guy in the message included below. The guy below promptly arranged for Quik Lok to send me a whole new stand. FWIW I also have an older Quik Lok version of the QL742 from the 90's that is still alive and ticking. Although it's second teir is less adjustable than the newer QL742 and it weighs quite a bit more, the old beast simply won't die.

Here's my Quik Lok contact info:
