Hello, after 20 plus years I finally stopped buying GP and GW, since I cant afford the stand prices anymore, I became a subscriber. All of a sudden both of my subs stop arriving. Over five month with no issues arriving from both GP and GW, I started a string of constant complains to the post office and general office, constant emails with Future pub all to no avail. so I was forced to demand a refund. What upset me was that no one seem to really want to help. Post Office and Future just blamed each other. They don't offer tracking or even attempted to send me new copies by cert mail. Nothing, just blame game and empty promises. Has anyone ever experience this (my last issue of GP and GW was in July, and I cancelled in late December)? if so how did you resolve it. Thank You, I know I'm griping but it is a legit question. I sub to PG and 10 other mag's and never ever experience this in over 20 years, all my other subs arrive every month.

Guitar Player! Get your shit together as far as the subscriptions. Why are you using the idiots (myfavouritemagazines) over in the U.K. to do this? You've gone down hill and have lost a subscriber!

Yeah...I've had them. When you want to subscribe they use an outfit called myfavouritemagizens located over in the U.K. These people are the worst in the world. I NEVER will use these guys. Paid for a pdf version of the magazine and NEVER got an issue after 3 frickin months after paying for it. I've been a subscriber to GP since I was 18 years old (58 now). I won't subscribe again until they get their act together. Every time I contacted them I got the same old runaround. I'm done with GP.

Kinda seems obvious that questions like these might best be solkved by contacting the #s & emails listed in every copy of the mag on the masthead page.... poke

Also, the new owners of NewBay, etc, are located in Britain, so there's the answer to that riddle.
[BTW, "Get yer crap together ..." is seldom a successful opening to a request of any sort.]

BTW - After dealing with the new owners for as long as I did..."Get your sh*t together" is the nicest way I could open the request! I don't need advice on how to deal with these problems.
