One weight loss "plan" that late night host and comedian CRAIG FERGUSON used to joke about was simple enough, and actually more true (and reliable) than many of the "fad" plans.

Keep us posted Hugo...I used to play keyboards too. I still have one of them and you are giving me the inspiration to fire that baby up! ^ Well, I'm already doing Chris Cornell's "Sweet Euphoria" on piano instead of on guitar like he did. It saves me from having to tune down a whole step in the middle of a set. smile
