Never did this before (in case you can't tell) but Paolo mentioned wanting to do this at winter NAMM and well we finally did it. A few flubs demoing and in some of my verbose descriptions but oh well, it was fun and thanks to Paolo I'm now out there.

That's excellent Mark, and more than twice your allowance of 15 minutes of fame.

Really nice video, Paolo and Mark. Thanks for that. I only think that the Jupiter 8 feels a bit neglected!;)

How does it work that you use a modular rack for modulating the Mini Mark? I'm not into modulars, but you use the modular rack to modulate one of the 4 VC inputs on the Minimoog?

Thanks for the nice words Rudi and Paul! I think worse than hearing your own voice is watching yourself on video but oh well, I guess that's why Hollywood never calls Python .

Exactly right Rudi. With the Mini I'm more likely to modulate the filter than all the VCO frequencies since there's only 1 pitch CV that feeds all 3 VCOs. On the Elements since you have individual VCO CV inputs you can do some fun things like sync 2 of them and then modulate the "slaved" VCO. These modular "complex" VCOs as they call them do some really interesting things that you don't get otherwise. Still exploring this stuff and will be for quite some time.

Thanks again guys for taking the time.

None of the Commandments say anything about coveting another man's gear, right?

Nice, Mark!

back from holiday and finally got a chance to watch. Great job by both Paolo and Mark. I have been fortunate to have visited 5 or 6 times but never was able to dissect the studio as Paolo was, I was always too overwhelmed.
Little Grey, where the music is loud and the beer is cold. twothumbs cheers
