Looking to do some gigs with EPianos, Pianos and the HX-3.
Loved the Casio PX-3S but not the internal sounds.
I know this has changed and pretty sure it will work for me.
Is there maybe a forum or SoundCloud section to listen to good demos other than YouTube?

Thanks

I had a PX-350. Piano sounds (which I cared most) were not bad but lacked longer decay. Keyboard action was not bad though after a few years it was too noisy.

PX-5S definetely sounds much better, at least in these demos. I wonder how the action fares compared with other brands (Yamaha, Roland etc.)

As members have noted, there are hundreds of 'patches' (tones and Stage settings) for PX-5s on the Casio forum, posted by both owner/users and CASIO staff. Many Rhodes/Wurly variations in the mix. This most recent one seems to be a great addition (check out the video, around 2-3 minutes)

Also if you are into BASS tones check out the exceptional Bass tone pack developed by Weiser Sound, and for a very reasonable price. Click on guitar for Soundcloud clips
