The more I hear him the more I dig him....

Love the whammy bar on the Clav too. He also uses a butler tube pre amp on his XK5, which by the way sounds awesome....

No doubt that leslie combo with a 122 and 145 is all up in your face. He definitely thinks outside the box. His energy is off the charts.

Never heard of him before -- wow!

I don't see why he even needs a clav on top -- he makes that Hammond sound like a Clavinet somehow, between the registrations and his articulation.

Kinda makes me proud to be a keyboardist. :-)

Hereís to live music pushing on.
Very groovy, highly soulful rock organ going on here with a great voice for his style. Love the 3 piece band/organ trio. The instrument has so many timbres and colours for lead and rhythm playing.

Told ya! laugh

He did have an online "learn all my secrets" course, though he recently posted that we only had X days left to sign up before the course would be unavailable. I thought maybe that was a ruse.

Fantastic sound and playing. On his website his gear includes a BK Butler tube driver. Anyone here using one of these with a new organ? Overdrive sings.

Fantastic player, singer, and online marketer. His FB videos have millions of views and circulate constantly, even over a year after their release. And why not, he's absolutely killer. A very good person to learn from in this day and age.

He also recently toured a Deep Purple show with Glenn Hughes. Maybe one of our esteemed colleagues down under caught a show. That show would have rocked hard.

Talk about energy. He reminds me of Takanobu Masuda (on steroids). Incredible.

Damn - me like.
Listened to a bunch of his recordings. Has that deep Robert Walters click, but a nastier crunch. The brown sound of organ. Instant fan.

Caught Lachy last night at Frankies Pizza with the house band.

Lachy put his unique style on each of songs. My faves were Hush, Tin Soldier, Jealous Guy, I'm a Man and Back in Black.

Huge inspiration for me, both in tone, performance and in the courage of doing something organ-centered outside of the jazz world. Been following him for a while now, would love to see him live.
