I needed good cleans and something relatively low power. I have a little 5 watt 112 combo but the cleans sort of suck. I've demoed this and been on fence about pulling the trigger for a longtime. It's probably too much money but the last real amp I bought was 1991. I guess I'm brand loyal because it was a 50 watt Boogie. I like the sound of the clean channel set to 25 watts and the happy channel set to 10 watts. I can ditch all dirt pedals. I will probably keep a sparkle drive on my board and a GE-7 or 2.

Not sure how long it will take. Guessing it will probably be December when its done. I did a poll on my Facebook page a while back with a bunch of color options and orange won. I either wanted orange or teal green.

Thanks.

I've played with the head in the shop a lot through 112 and vertical 212 cabinets and I like it a lot. I want a combo so I can set the whole thing on my tilt back stand. I'm guessing it will be mid December when I get it. I probably could have got a black one quicker but I get a great deal on custom colors. That tan and cream grille looks lighter in reality than in the picture. It looks like one of those British Orange amps.

That color you picked out is very cool! I like the 25watts, 112 speaker and the weight at 41lbs. The two reverb controls on the back are cool too! cool

Congratulations! Teal would be nice, as is the one pictured in your post. Yeah, a Sparkle Drive would probably be a very good pairing with that...
