Well, you're right - I've never ever seen anything like that before.

First look = "Why?" Such a beautiful instrument now unusable for its original purpose.

Further consideration = "Why not?" Such a beautiful instrument still providing music.

Since the cello was unusable, why not repurpose the body? It took a minute or two, but I like it.

Overall, I approve of this. It looks like it was thoughtfully and professionally done. Repurposing materials is a good thing.


But why does everything these days have to be blue tooth? I want a sturdy, physical cable carrying my signals, goldarnit.
