I play lead and rhythm guitar (Fender Stratocaster with humbuckers), base and for drums I use Ezdrummer. The song is mixed and mastered by Jonas Hörnqvist who also add the choir vocals. Rubrick
Hey everyone! I just wanted to share this live looping cover I did of all the songs from this historic album on a 5 minute loop session. I love all the guitars from Pink Floyd, but this album in particular has pretty epic ones, so I decided to pay tribute to this amazing album, a truly unique masterpiece! Let me now if you like it! Caevan O’Shite
[video:youtube] VERY nicely done! well played, the underlying feel seems faithful as far as I can tell, your timing is spot-on, and your tone is beuutiful. I particularly appreciate the round, warm yet well-defined tone that you bring out of the treble-strings, while you coax a lighter, more delicate, brighter tone on the trebles at around 3:20. I love Bach, but have never really tried to play any of his music on guitar. As for listening, my favorite Bach pieces are his Brandenburg Concertos #4, #5, and #6. Yes, welcome to the Guitar Player Forum! I play fingerstyle 100% of the time, on steel-strings, primarily on electric solid-body guitars; to a degree, I can appreciate your well-honed craft more than I might if I used a pick. I strive to get good tone and phrasing with my fingertips, nails, and combinations thereof. Scott Fraser
Masterful. I really appreciate how you bring out each independent melody line(s), distinct from, yet integrated into the underlying harmony. Great touch. Congratulations on a wonderful performance.
