AnotherScott
My own Emerson-esque setup. I don't gig like this too often, but last weekend I was doing a lot of ELP, so I brought 6 boards... I could have gotten it down to 5 with a little effort... http://www.heresy.rocks/page1/files/rig.jpg Quote Maybe this is the best place for a shameless plug! Our now not-so-new new video at https://youtu.be/3ZRC3b4p4EI is a 40 minute adaptation of T. S. Eliot's "Prufrock" - check it out! And hopefully I'll have something new here this year. ;-)

Open rack in place, everything wired, new reverb sub and monitor control installed. 3/4 synths operational Modules and old reverb back from service and running. Justin Havu
cool to see the K2000 still getting used. AFAIC, it's not going anywhere anytime soon. I love my K2000! I have one quick access bank set up for just the sounds I use the most for church, and it's easy to quickly change them, almost effortless. Not to mention the darned thing just sounds great! Analogaddict
Very nice!!! What are the two units in the top rack? Thanks! Joeco BBR (Black Box Recorder) converted to backtrack players. They play 24 channels of audio each from USB 2/3 drives and have a built-in fail safe mode. The blue unit is a Kronauer 16 ch ADAT converter. We have click-track, fx, vocal dubs, a few sequencer synths, strings and an intro on track. If the track goes down, we're in trouble, but this seems to be a very robust system. DulceLabs.com
I took advantage of the whole "one man's trash" thing and scored these two desks from neighbors who had literally kicked them to the curb. I just got the second one today - which is great because I was about to dump $300 on one! Anyway, this is my (mainly) analog and VA set-up for experimental electronic music. Nothing is wired up yet because I'm not 100% sure if I am keep this configuration. I probably will end up changing it around a few times until the workflow is there. (Yes I still have the PX-5S and XW-G1 - they are on the opposite wall with my other digitals and DAW) http://s27.postimg.org/t43i4vj1v/setup1.jpg http://s15.postimg.org/5f5l2sivf/12308727_879057015543683_4803177658911945739_n.jpg

It's a Charter cable show that also has gone National now and will also provide us with some badly needed high quality video and sound clips for demos (for free). We will be in full TPATH dress and they"are providing Vox amps for appearance." Of course they won't have a B3 and Yamaha Grand there for me but this is my custom designed faux B3 stand that I'll be using. I finally snaked all my cables with zip ties into just one that shows. VR-09 is on top, with Alto mixer and PX-5S on bottom. Vent, Expression and Sustain pedals on pedal board below with power strip. Not sure I like the white wire there. I'll be going out to my SS V3 amp but there will be a Leslie 145 behind me (with a missing amp) that everyone will think that I'm using.. that our lead guitar player uses with his amps (he insists he needs it for his tone....don't ask). Thinking of attaching a faux cover panel to the top back of the stand before the show, to cover the VR-09 for the show as not sure if it makes sense to show the VR-09 label when I can't show the PX-5S except for the decal, which I could remove. I'll probably be filmed from the side and above mostly. http://www.petty-larceny-band.com/ Quote Hammonds:1959 M3,1961 A-101,Vent, 2 Leslies,VB3/Axiom, Casio WK-7500,Yamaha P50m Module/DGX-300 Gig rig:Casio PX-5S/Roland VR-09/Spacestation V3 http://www.petty-larceny-band.com
CEB
I would have probably set the back and sides higher to sort of hide that it is a shell. But I don't feel digital keyboards are visual appealing. It is something we have to live with as organists and pianists. But that is just me. That actually was my intent but the top kb ended up higher due to design constraints. I think putting a piece like this on the back will solve that problem. back Quote Hammonds:1959 M3,1961 A-101,Vent, 2 Leslies,VB3/Axiom, Casio WK-7500,Yamaha P50m Module/DGX-300 Gig rig:Casio PX-5S/Roland VR-09/Spacestation V3 http://www.petty-larceny-band.com
