A reason why I collect old keyboards is that I feel partly responsible for doing it, responsible for preserving history and being a custodian for these things
Plus, old gear has a story. I like that.

Nightmares On Wax. Not sure how I missed them when Smoker's Delight came out. But, 20 years later, it's new to me. smile

Lots of Pink Floyd. We're learning all of Animals and Wish You Were Here for our next show. Dogs and Sheep are both nice challenges. Welcome to the Machine and the Shine 6-9 are all new for me to learn and have some killer keyboard parts. So I'm trying to engrain these in my head.

The Halloween songs thread on here.

Also, I put together a playlist based on the party I remembered that I referenced in that thread.

They include:

7 Bowls - Aphrodite's Child
Electric Funeral - Black Sabbath
Waiting for the Night - Depeche Mode
Last in Line - Dio
Fire on High - ELO
2 Minutes to Midnight - Iron Maiden
Mr. Crowley - Ozzy
After the Flesh - My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult
Only You - Portishead
Smothered Hope - Skinny Puppy
Disgustipated - Tool
and others....

I listened today to our own KM fellow Bruce Cohen personal project. To my own amusement there was no organ that dominates his work woth his band BigFan Three, but lots and lots of groovy electronica made in a single laptop with GarageBand. Very nice stuff

Be grateful for what you've got - a Nord, a laptop and two hands
