If your DAC can handle I strongly suggest to test the assertion that "size matters" (...) in choosing sampling formats, try the reasonably priced HDTracks 96kHz/24bits download. Probably your ears will thank you!

It's a nice recent album with Live recording from all kinds of interesting performances over the world, with tons of learning points (at least in the high res version) for Jazz players, and besides P.A. leak-sounds I don't like a good easy on the ear produced sound Chick signed for, so recommended.

A f/b friend posted a song from italian songwriter Gianmaria Testa, and i'm listening to some of his songs in youtube channel. Although i don't get all the italian words, it sounds fantastic.

Awesome! I sent this link to my bass player, and it inspired him to program a Thundercat patch into his Boss FX unit.

I'm currently listening to this new album by my friend Asher Fulero, he's one of the best key players in the NW, IMHO, and he just did this album using only a Moog Sub 37 and Nord Piano, with a little lap steel and ambient sounds. It's a really nice listen, definitely in vicinity of classic Tangerine Dream. It's a pay-whatever-you-like download.

Mark Ronson, Uptown Special. Uptown Funk is great, but everything else on here is killer, from the intro with Stevie through the end. Tons of great keyboard and synth sounds.
