I am sorry if this is not the proper place for this...
This is obviously aimed at one of the editors...

I have been a KB Mag subscriber for many years and renewed on your website on 9/29/2013. I never received an email confirmation of the order. The site said I would receive this shortly after placing the order. I tried to ask customer service and got no response--twice. At this point, I have been charged but have no idea if my subscription has been renewed or what its status is? Please help.

I think the total lack of repsonse from any editor in 7 working days shows the lack of care for this publication, I have been reading since the 1970's, has for their customers.

The forums aren't as monitored as they used to be. Your best bet is to contact customer service, directly. There is a link to a contact form and also some phone numbers on this page:

Because they charged your card already, I'd assume that you have been renewed, but if you are unsure, it certainly doesn't hurt to check. Try the contact info in the link and hopefully they will be able to verify your subscription for you.

As per my orig posting, I already attemped to contact CS by using the link near the bottom of the page (where is says 'To contact customer service please click here'), and then filling out a form.I have done this twice.

THe phone numbers under that link are under the heading 'Order Back Issues' and appear to be just for that, not for general CS. (I could be wrong).

Hopefully I'm not sending you in the wrong direction, but it may be worth trying the phone number out. They may be able to look up the info for you or direct you to someone who can.
