I remember seeing a Telecaster with a contoured body back-side that fits one's stomach area (like a Stratocaster has).

What model of Telecaster is that?

I've got one lying on the floor in front of me right now, but it's a hand-made custom.

Unfortunately you can't see the contour in this pic, but it's the only one I've got. It'll have gold hardware & humbucker-sized P90s.

Doesn't Peavey do a Tele clone with countours (Generation?)?

Fender has had a LOT of variations on the Telecaster theme over the years. There have probably been at least several that had the Strat-like body-contours.

Apparently, the Fender American Standard Telecaster from 2012 (and on?) has some contouring along those lines...

Warmoth, among others, makes contoured Tele-style bodies that will directly retrofit bolt-on Fender and Fender-style necks and parts.

I bet if you look around the web, there will be someone making ergonomic "Teles".

Godin or G&L, perhaps?

All of the new American Standard Fender Tele's have contoured bodies...It would not surprise me to find them on MIM's and other Fender models as well.

I have this exact one and the back is contoured like my Strats and the heel is as well.
It plays and sounds great!

Its not really a Tele, but it evolved from them: Reverend's Buckshot (and their models evolved from that) have a bit of contouring on the belly side.
