Cool!

I recall my IC BMP having several "sweet-spots" in its Tone control sweep, one before and two after "Noon", where it sounded perfect; I usually ran the Sustain either full-up or somewhere in the last 97% of its rotation, and the Volume just a bit above that with the pedal switched off. It was a mean, mean turbo fuzztortion with balls and then some!
I preferred running it on
two 9v batteries; if I recall correctly, I
think I connected 'em in parallel, but I remember trying 'em in series at least once (maybe that wasn't such a good idea, and maybe I was lucky). Either way, with two 9v's, it was like a "MORE!"-switch! Very ballsy!
