I have just bought a Technics SX KN 720 keyboard on ebay, I have not picked it up yet but it looks Ok from what I have read.
Anyone got one or had one.

I used to have a KN-800 model some 12 to 15 years ago. It had a lot of neat features on it but I don't know if it was specific to my keyboard but the D/A converter was pure crap. Very noisy and the sound quality was bad. I used external sound modules a lot with that keyboard. I do know that newer models had better sound. Hopefully yours does. I have never played with that model.

I have just been cleaning and restoring the finish to the Technics SX KN 720 I bought for £21. after 15 mins work it looks new.
I can not understand why,when someone is selling something they leave it in a disgusting dirty condition. My Yamha was similar when I bought that. Apart from someone more likely to buy it if it looks good, but there is also the impression you give of yourself !
Anyway, now its black and shiny again and everything works.
Now I need a double keyboard stand (or 2)

be gratefull for lazy people that make buying their stuff cheaper for you...but mind you ebay has bought the price of all secondhand gear down...

it is now just an offload for peoples junk..this is why some or no one seems to have pride in their gear on ebay...whether its clean or dirty you wont get much on ebay when you sell so many just couldnt be bothered. I guess.

That is the one, nicely cleaned up and gleaming and sounds great
