jlrush MP Hall of Fame Member Registered: 09/19/05 Posts: 2231 Loc: Columbia, Missouri	Each year I look for signs that spring is coming. First it's the snowbell flowers in Feb. Next it's ducks and geese going north, the appearance of robins, bluebirds and mockingbirds. Then buzzards move in, crocuses pop up, and finally we hear the spring peepers bringing in the first thunder storms. All these things have happened and spring is officially here next Saturday. My hens are laying again, the ewes are all knocked up and about to lamb (don't), the snow is all melted here. I've been working outdoors in shirtsleeves! My sister in law in rural Virginia has Nubian goats.
