This was the intro to a song on Undertow (a "secret" song - track 69) called "Disgustipated". The song that followed was a tribal-esque chant thing (reminiscient of The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band's "Suppose They Give A War") that went "This is necessary. This is necessary. Life feeds on life feeds on life feeds on life feeds on..."
