Congrats Rabid, and happy birthday.
Why wait till 50 though?
I bought myself a Dave Smith PEK & Adam P22's when I turned 40.

I'm always happy when another keyboard player makes it to 5-0, because I have a lot of keyboard friends that didn't. frown

It started as a joke but I always get my wife a present on MY birthday! On my 50th birthday (three years ago) I chartered a helicoptor for an extended fall flight over the Smokey Mountains near Gatlinburg, Tennesee. It was my wife's first helicoptor flight and she loved it!

Then I bought myself a radio-controlled helicoptor, just because... smile

You could always get a home colonoscopy kit (with MIDI of course).

Happy Birthday Robert!

What are those? I recognise the V-ger and that's a dot com 22 module case no? What's the rest of it?

Happy patching!

LOL. I know. I know. 50, the age when you are supposed to visit the doctor and bend over. I'm trying to put that out of my mind.

That is a dot come case. I actually have another with 5 modules that is not in the picture. I opted for portable cases and putting the modules in that I want rather than buying a pre-configured system. The other is a Doepfer case. Again I chose the modules that are in it. Some are from analoguehaven.com and some from Ebay. The middle row is Livewire modules. I really like those. A few more modules are on the way for that rack: Plan B, Analogue Solutions, and another Doepfer module. Now I’m watching Ebay for used items.

My next project is to turn my old Emu XL-7 into a sequencer dedicated for the modulars.

I don't know what you've heard, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't go in your "mind".

Are you outta your MIND? laugh

And what do you hope to accomplish with that?

Really.

Really?
