One day I'll listen to you guys and just be happy with my Yamaha. Maybe today.

For sale is a beautiful Sadowsky Metro M5-24 bass with VTC. The bass is in excellent condition. I can’t find a mark on it. I have had it for a couple weeks and it sounds, plays and looks fantastic. I just find I prefer the feel and sound of my old go-to bass. Comes with Sadowsky case, wrenches, etc. Has brand new DR Hi Beams on it as well. Pics are at the following link:

Asking $1,700 shipped UPS Ground

Too bad Steve, this bass had all the makings of a keeper. I do however enjoy their Fender-esque style basses more than these, but I'm sure it sounds and plays just great. Good luck with the sale, I'm going to stay away from this one wink

I thought so as well, but I think it's just a little too modern. I like a little growl. I think a Sadowsky with a JJ configuration would be good, like an MV.

I'd jump on it if I were in the position to do so. Sorry it didn't work out.

Well, I'm going to play it while it's here. If it sells, great, if not, I'll have a nice bass for a while.

After a little A/B at church, this is back for sale. I lie it, but just not enough.

Should I leave the thread open, Steve, for when you need to move the RV4 or lock it up? ;-}

Peace.

ROFL.....

IMHO (Yup...lots of letters in this post...) I find that I never know if I like something new until I've had it for at least six months. How long have you had the Metro???

I think you can lock it - unless you want to leave it open for some shots. I'll start a new one for the RV4. I had the Metro for 6 weeks or so.
