will two 13 wells diffuser better than a 23 wells both with same well width and deep?

Narrow wells diffuse to a higher frequency, and deeper wells diffuse to a lower frequency. Is this what you're asking?

I know from you that narrow= higher frequency,deeper = lower frequency before, if both are same narrow, deep and high, the only different is the number of wells, two 11 wells vs one 23 wells.
Do i need different wells in a room or just repeat the same wells diffuser?

You do not what to repeat the pattern. Mirror the image (flip the 2nd QRD) to solve this.
