Schtickbass Member Registered: 11/09/06 Posts: 4 Loc: Dunedin	Now that the courts have ruled against Fender's application to trademark the Jazz and Precision body shapes, how long do they have before the ads in Bass Player (the ones that state that the body shapes are trademarks of FMIC in the fine print) are considered false advertising? _________________________ "There's no money above the fifth fret"
