Hi KM-headz, I just want to ask you when are you going to cover an exhaustive round-up of microtuning software. I'm tired of the predictable sequences and sweety-melodic loops, it's four decades people use synths that way - time for a change. I found an interesting article here:

http://kore.noisepages.com/2008/09/05/advanced-mega-round-up-going-microtonal-with-synths/

But admittedly I can't fully grasp the meaning of that. In a nutshell, I am looking for something cheap to easily change the tuning of my synths. Please give me the light!

there is microtuning capabilities in FM7, Edirol Orchestral and some other soft synths. but generally microtuning is an underrated feature in most VST's

Ripper,

I think this would be a cool addition to an article on who the most interesting artists are currently performing microtonal music. The article you linked happens to be on Peter Kirn's Create Digital Music site, and he happens to be a valued contributor to Keyboard, so I'll talk to him about it. Best,

SF
