I did a search and looked through the first couple of pages of threads and could not find a "share your setup" thread. If I missed it and someone knows where it is, I would love to be pointed towards the right heading.
This forum is not overly gear-oriented, which is nice, but I think this might make a nice Sticky thread. It could spark some conversation/new threads/PMs about experiences with certain gear.
I can start with my humble setup, which has recently been upgraded.
Interfaces Digidesign 003 Rack Digidesign Mbox 2 MOTU 828mkII
DAWs Pro Tools LE 7.4 Cubase SX 3
Systems Intel P35 Quadcore desktop, Vista Ultimate 32-bit Fujitsu T2010 tablet, Vista Business 32-bit Dell Latitude X1 notebook, Windows XP SP3 32-bit Macbook (white, late 2008), OS X 10.5.x

Outboard Focusrite Octopre (x2) (one with the ADAT digital out) Countryman Type 85 DI Radial X-Amp

I am looking forward to doing my first self-produced/engineered/arranged projects with one of my current bands. I plan on using the 003 Rack and likely the Macbook to do the tracking in our rehearsal space, starting in the end of January.

Well I'll post my meager setup. No shame here. I honestly thought more people would post this. Even though my setup is very minimal, and I'll be honest here, I think I get some damn good recordings.
Presonus Firebox
Cubase 4.5.2 Studio
Custom PC (3.0 Ghz core duo, XP SP3, 4 gigs RAM, etc etc)
Mackie MR5s & Vic Firth headphones for tracking
Shure SM57 vintage Shure Unidyne JZ BH-1

Well, since I closed the mastering studio, I stripped down big time. Lot of good stuff gone, just kept a few basics to do project recordings.
Mackie 1604VLZ-Pro (an original, not the chinese crap), Alesis AI3, EMU1212M interface, Sonar 6.0 as the core (custom PC system)
JBL S38's (modded crossovers) attached to a Crown CTS600 for monitoring.
Samson 4-channel headphone amp for tracking, couple pairs of Sony MDR-V600's
Rode NT2, pair of CO2's (thanks for that tip), couple of 57's, this and that and the other in mics.

My project studio is pretty basic. Haven't upgraded in a while.
I have a Macbook PRO nothing really custom about it trying to upgrade my ram to 8gb though. I save all my work into two external hard drives.
Software: Pro-Tools LE 7.4 and Logic Pro
I use a Mbox 2 to record basics like guitars and bass. After, I run a Mackie CR1604-VLZ 16 Channel Mixer if I want to record drum tracks. Which sucks because you can really edit it. Therefore, I must have all my gains and levels set really good.
Mics:
Shure SM57(2) SM58(2)
Rhodes NT5 (2) NT2 (1)
I own a MIDI (M-audio axiom 49) I don't even use it. My roomate uses it. I use Mackie HR624 MK2 monitors. That's pretty much it, I need an interface with more inputs any reccomendations? I don't know what sounds good.

My "studio" is mainly to support my live gig. Some sound creation, sampling, sequencing - the result all goes on the road with me (mostly inside the Fusion). Plus the occasional demo mixdown. So...
Keyboards: Alesis Fusion 6HD Korg Triton Pro Roland Jupiter 6 Roland XP-50 Roland SC-55 (sound canvas) Moog Opus 3 Akai S3000XL (with Filter & FX boards) Casio CZ-101 Casio VZ-8M
Recording: PC w/AMD Athlon 64 (2.4GHz), 2gb RAM, (2) 160gb SATA HD's, XP Pro (2) M-Audio Delta 1010LT Magix Audio Studio Mac Classic (8MHz, 4MB RAM, 40MB HD) running System 6 & Performer 3.5 (yes I occasionally bust this out) Edirol R-09
Mics/Preamps: Presonus TubePre ART TubePac Rode NT1 BeyerDynamic Opus 89 Audio Technica ATM 25 Audio Technica Pro 35 Assorted Sennheisers, AKG's, a Crown Boundary PZM, etc.
Guitars/Basses: Epiphone Explorer (w/Pearly Gates and Custom Custom Pickups) Bentley Series 10 (yes) Steinberger XL-2 Bass Michael Kelly Acoustic Bass
Outboard FX: Digitech Studio 400 Boss VF-1 Line6 Pod Line6 Bass pod Pro SansAmp Tri-OD various pedals
Monitoring: Home Made 3-way monitors w/10" Dayton, 3" Dome Morel, and Matched Pair 3/4" Morel Tweeters, Dual 15" Profile Subs Kennwood KM-106 Peavey CS800 Peavey XD crossover AKG K240M Shure SCL3
Dynamics: Peavey Gatekeeper Alesis 3630 Compressor
Mixer: Behringer MX2642 (also an Allen & Heath MixWizard3 we use for monitors live, and a MixWizard2 I'm getting ready to sell - maybe I should ditch the Behringer instead?)
Other: Hartke 1155 Combo Cannonball Raven Alto Sax Alesis MMT-8 Sequencer JL Cooper MSB Rev2 (MIDI Patchbay) Radial DI's (Pro 8DI & Pro DI) Peavey PC1600x Various MIDI Solutions boxes (Thru, Merger, event processor, etc)
Not really a serious studio, or even project studio, but enough to get the right sounds down for my live show and do some decent mixes when needed. If I need anything more professional, I run over to my drummer's house, who has a proper ProTools HD setup with lots of plugins and good preamps, mics, etc.
