page 40 of the Sept. issue says I can download a midi file of the solo at http://www.keyboardmag.com, but all I found was the webtv class for $15.00
Do I have to sign up for the class to download the midi file or did I miss something at the web site?

Usually it takes them a bit before the latest issue's info is posted. Sometimes, it's after the following issue is delivered! But, keep bugging them.

If this is the Almann Brothers "Jessica", I, too, am interested in getting the midi file. How?

I don't know if this midi file ever got posted (it would be cool to have), but for those interested in this classic Chuck Leavell solo, Hal Leonard did publish a note-for-note transcription of it in their Keyboard Play-Along Vol. 3 Classic Rock. It's pretty accurate, and includes all the piano parts for this song.
