I received an email from my myspace by an agent for armusic1.com
Here is an excerpt from their email:

Okay, it looks like you pay a fee of anywhere from 130 to 450 or something, and then the music you upload streams to A&R execs


Well it's not looking too good right now, but it seems like the complaintant is being unreasonable, so I am not giving it too much weight:

I would ALWAYS be skeptical of "pay me first" companies, except companies that have been around awhile with track records like Taxi and some other "Industry Tip Sheets".

That being said, I know nothing about armusic1.com, but a true music agent would get paid by the label for finding new talent, I would suspect.
