Thanks to a less than on the ball stagehand who shall remain nameless, my 2 AKG C414B-ULS shockmounts go, for lack of a better term, unstrung. I managed to get them restrung so they sort of work, but they look like hell, and, being major OCD, I really want to restring them correctly. Searched the web and specifically AKG's website to no avail.

Any info appreciated, even a high res picture of a properly strung one I can copy.

Thanks!

Talk about customer service. I e-maild AKG tech support, figuring if I got a reply to such a minor league issue, it would be days or weeks. But no, it was literally minutes, and I got sent a pdf file showing exactly how to string them!!!!

Kudos to AKG for being so on the ball!!!

Rode in particular was most helpful when a 14 month old (IOW 3 months out of warranty coverage) NTK crapped out. They fixed it for nothing sans the cost of one way shipping, and in return they sent it back with a shockmount!!!!
