As many of you know, Ibanez will not sell parts directly to consumers. They always point to their dealer network for ordering parts.

Since I don't trust GC or the other big box stores to follow through, can anyone recommend a Ibanez-authorized repair center that would be willing to order a part for me? It would be preferable that you have had direct experience with them.

Thanks.

Do you absolutely *need* an Ibanez brand part? Mike Lull could probably get you a direct replacement from Ibanez. Warmoth has just about every replacement part for a standard 4 or 5 string bass that you could want; but it won't be Ibanez brand.

Ah, sadly, it is a proprietary part, as far as I know. It's a single Monorail bridge that has a piezo built in.

I forgot about Mike. I'll call him. Thanks!

Give BassNW a shout as well. Chad and Evan have ninja ways of getting impossible to find parts.

Sadly, it may wind up being really expensive. I wound up not fixing the piezo saddles on the Peavey B-Quad 5 that I owned because I was quoted ~$100 per saddle to fix it; and 3 of the 5 had failed by the time I sold the bass.
