When my band records our songs we don't want to pay a ton of money to get them mixed so what are some good ways to mix them? Any tips or tricks that work?
This is for a punk / powerpop band.

You probably need to check at the Project Studio forum, for your situation. The last thing you'd need is to talk about 5.1...good luck!
