Your reasoning is without flaw. Well done. However, you did fail to mention hair hight as a potential comparison point.

I have yet to see solid figures on that for either band.

But I thought bands were about music?? I don't know anyone who confuses Nitro's albums with music.

I grew up in Highland Park, IL. Michael Batio taught at the local music store. By all accounts I've heard he was as much a poseur then as later when those pics of Nitro were taken.

I'm very impressed with good speed guitar players. Batio doesn't rate "good" in my opinion. You may as well sequence samples randomly.

But yeah, hair height definitely goes to Nitro...

I have absolutely no-freekin-idea who Nitro are. But I dont doubt for a second they kick The Beatles scouse arse's.

Although that has to be the most un-neccassery guitar playing ever. I still maitain, they defo kick the beatles arse's.

Note that he plays so fast, you mostly hear pick noise. That IS fast. I am a BIG fan of this album. You have to hear it to believe it. Freight Train is only a tame thing compared to the rest...
