Ethan I was only able to get Unfaced 2" 703 2'x4' Rigid Fiberglass Panels locally, Can I use these for Bass Traps? Thanks in advance.

I'm going to go out on a limb and answer this one first.

Yes.

As far as I know, the paper facing on 703 only affects the high frequencies, so it will reflect less high end (deader in the high end) than if the paper backing was facing the inside of the room.

Yes, that will work fine, but for bass trapping I suggest you double them up to make each panel four inches thick. That will help to extend their absorption to lower frequencies.
