Sorry, I'm sure this is the ultimate FAQ, but does anyone know where I can obtain Owens Corning 703 in the Eastern Pennsylvania or NYC area (or anyhwhere in between??)

I can't believe how difficult it has been trying to get this stuff!! You'd think it was a controlled substance. I've had 2 different Owens Corning dealers tell me they could get it. Both took my deposit, and then about a month later, told me they couldn't actually get it.

I called OC directly; they didn't want to have anything to do with me. After much convincing, I was given the number of a sales rep (about 4 states away from me) who never returned my call.

Is this a plot to keep America safe from quality acoustics??
