I feel like my playing has gone up a notch or two after a post a while ago led to me finding out more about Lawrence Juber which led to my finding some lessons by Juber and working assiduously on fingerpicking a whole lot of DADGAD stuff, including some of my own compositions.
I often practice while sitting in front of my computer, ocasionally checking out this forum. Now and then I get some inspiration from it.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has stories about how this forum has improved their playing?
And thanks GP for providing this place for us.

Links??? I'd like to see those lessons.

I know one of my "well duh" moments was when someone explained that modes were playing a scale starting at a note other than the root note.

This is a great place to learn about a lot of things.

Unfortunately Lawrence Juber's lessons are in an acoustic magazine which shall remain nameless. But if you seek, you shall find it out there somewhere in this guitar world of ours (nudge nudge ;\) ;\) )
