Hey, searching about Leslies, I found this, Fender Vibratone, it had the leslie effect. It was from the time when Leslie and Fender were bought by CBS

I had something similar, a Cordovox CL-30 Leslie. A big, bulky, one-trick pony. Nice trick, but still limited.

The Vibratone cab is what Jimmy and Stevie Ray Vaughann used for that "Leslie" style effect. A little different than a Leslie, and more guitar-friendly.

I've only seen and tried one, and it was pretty banged up and not 100% up to the task; pretty rattley and wheezey and clunkin'. Think of it as a wooden washing-machine, and you'll get an idea of how they might age less than gracefully with hard use!
