More than the "new" Danelectros, less than the Jerry Jones boutique repro's, and cooler-than-cool!

As an owner of one of the new Danelectro guitars ('59-DC) I can't see that Fatdawgs guitars could be much better, at least if they're made with the same materials. I've got no complaints with the workmanship of the Dano I own. The pickups are a bit weak, but I can always turn up the volume.

But, I really do like the bird's eye maple topped 59-DC's he's made. I'd bet that they sound even better with a good hot pickup in them.

that's a cool site fer sure. i personally got sucked into his fine selection of weirdo jazz boxes. there's a couple on there i'm pretty interested in.
