http://www.lexiconpro.com/mpx550/index.asp I'm not completely sure about how many simultanious effects you can use, I haven't used the thing myself, but the MPX550 has two processors, so it's probably 2. The effects should sound good, though.
They probably know better in the Craig Anderton's Sound, Studio and Stage forum.
