He certainly left a tremendous legacy. The sound that his amplifiers have made will live for a long time.

Dead? Nonsense! He lives on, every time someone plugs in a Vox...or listens to some vintage (or new) Vox tones!!!

I haven't had a chance to play through VOX but guess which amp simulator I use on my Flextone II for clean???

dont know much about 'vox', bein a 'fender'guy but i fell in *love* w/ guitar and its sound when i heard "i wanna hold your hand" on the a.m. back in the early 60s!! that intro is the most sultry sound i have *ever* heard eminating from a speaker, and i dont even know if that was a 'vox' or not-but i think so,no? btw-if it werent, wot were it?-inquirin minds wanna know...
