Hi Viax49,
the quality of the electronics in the fatar SL-880 pro is not that good, unfortunately. Lots of people, including me, have had start-up problems with it. It sometimes wouldn't go on. Also the wheels sometimes keep sending information even if you don't touch them. (

IMO, the touch isn't as good as my Yamaha P80, but this is very subjective.
The default velocity curve is the linear one and you don't want that for piano. You can set it to curve #2, which is much more natural. However, you'll lose on velocity resolution with that setting (meaning you can't play on all 127 possible velocities). [Technical: this is probably caused by a non-linear calculation on the 7-bit velocity values of curve #1, meaning not all 7-bit values can still be reached]
I can't comment on Oberheim, since I don't know anything about it.
My advice is to get a used Yamaha or Roland digital piano even if you don't need the sound. The key-, electronics- and build-quality of those instruments are generally higher. In the long run, I think it will be more satisfying.
