I'm a new user of cakewalk software.
I don't know how to set my keyboard in order to work with this software. can anybody help me? i'm using the SB Live!
How do u set the midi device, ports etc

You set this in the track view, on each track. I think the column name might be labeled 'source'? Also, if you have the software, you should also have the great tutorial videos that came with it that explains all this stuff. It's a great product - break open the manual and check it out.
