ibanezbum Posted February 7, 2003 Share Posted February 7, 2003 well, I don't really know what it is called but it is were the cord that runs to the amp plugs in to my guitar. But anyway the other day it just mayed a buzzing noise so I shook the wire and it stopped and I heard the guitar through the amp so I took off that little switch and cut off the wire and little did I know it had silver wires with a bronze wires inside of them I think that is were the short was but can you help me??? If you aren't handy with a soldering iron, you should take it to a tech. Should be a quick and easy fix.
